This course reviews the amendments companies should make to their articles of association as a result of the Companies Act 2006.

OBJECTIVES
Now that the Companies Act 2006 is fully in force companies should consider whether to amend their articles to comply with the new Act. This course covers whether companies should adopt the new Model articles under the Companies Act 2006, what modifications should be made to the Model articles and what provisions should be adopted in the articles of association of public and private companies.
