This course provides an overview of the more important changes under the Companies Act 2006 and their practical implications in relation to the formation of companies and their ongoing administration.

OBJECTIVES
This is an updating course covering the significant changes made by the Companies Act 2006 in relation to the formation and administration of companies. It includes a consideration of the new procedure for company formation. The Companies Act 2006 also introduces deregulation with the aim of making administration simpler for private companies, including new Model Articles.
