A course providing an introduction to the principles of drafting in corporate finance transactions. This covers the drafting of documentation in relation to public company transactions, such as flotations and takeovers, and general principles for drafting agreements, including boilerplate provisions.

This course provides an introduction to the principles of drafting for corporate finance practitioners. It includes an explanation of "plain English" and examples and exercises.
