OBJECTIVES

This course provides an update for corporate finance practitioners on developments in law and practice. It includes the latest guidance in relation to prospectuses, recent and proposed changes to the listing regime and the latest developments in the law on market abuse. The latest changes to the Takeover Code, and further changes in the pipeline, are also covered.
