Shares and share capital
An intermediate course which will be of benefit to those with basic experience in corporate law.
The course covers Companies Act procedures relating to the creation of different classes of shares, purchase of own shares and reductions of capital. It includes changes made by the Companies Act 2006.

OBJECTIVES
This course aims to make practitioners aware of tricky points that even the experienced might otherwise overlook. Participants should be able to advise on the drafting of rights of different classes of shares and be able to identify when there is a variation of class rights.
