Tailored training
CTC provides in-house training courses in corporate and corporate finance law. The courses are presented by lawyers with many years of practical experience at City firms. CTC’s clients are principally law firms. The courses are also suitable for other professionals involved in corporate work who want a more in depth understanding of the applicable law. Only in-house courses are presented and courses can be tailored to your requirements. Courses are designed to be interactive. We recommend courses are limited to small groups (up to 20 attendees) to allow for participation and questions. All courses are accredited for CPD purposes by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
