Structure
A typical structure of a coaching programme is:

Planning: The coach reviews with the organisation its purpose, values and goals and clarifies the results required from the coaching. The overall objectives for the coaching are agreed between the coach, the organisation and the individual.

Delivery: The coach works with the individual to design a specific plan for moving towards those objectives and supports the individual in implementing the changes in relevant situations.

Integration: The individual consolidates the changes independently with periodic reporting to the coach to review progress and troubleshoot any difficulties. The coach supports ongoing learning as the individual tries out new skills and behaviours.

Schedule
The coaching is designed to fit in with your business and to meet your needs so there is no standard schedule. Usually the individual will arrange regular sessions with the coach either face to face or by telephone. Typically this would be 30 minutes once a month. Telephone and e-mail support is available between sessions, as needed. Longer or shorter sessions are also available, as are one off sessions to address specific issues. You get to tailor the schedule to your requirements.
